Team Build Day

This day will give each participant the opportunity to lead a problem solving activity. However prior to this will be a theoretical input to help and give an insight into the varying styles and approaches, which are commonly used in building of teams. This will be based on the action centred leadership model.

The day follows on from the classroom and the expedition day where the subject of having clear goals and identifying obstacles was discussed. Throughout the day we shall continue this theme so as people are thinking more broadly about potential obstacles. The clear message here is to get them to put these lessons into practice whilst job seeking.
